By accessing or using CrackLab ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users — free, paid, or trial. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

CrackLab is an AI-powered educational platform designed for software engineers. It provides AI-generated learning roadmaps, structured lessons, quizzes, mentor chat, and progress tracking tools.

The platform uses large language models (LLMs) to generate content. All content is intended for educational and personal skill-development purposes only. It is not professional advice of any kind — technical, legal, financial, or otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time with reasonable notice.

Accounts are created via Clerk, our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Do not share your account with others — accounts are for individual use only.

• ◆You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• ◆You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• ◆Notify us immediately at support@cracklab.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.
• ◆We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

Content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI-generated content. Always verify critical information against official documentation and authoritative sources.

CrackLab is not liable for any damages, losses, or negative outcomes arising from your use of or reliance on AI-generated content on this platform.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful, personal, educational purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• ◆Scraping, crawling, or extracting content using automated tools.
• ◆Sharing, reselling, or redistributing platform content commercially.
• ◆Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access our systems without authorization.
• ◆Using the platform to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• ◆Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits.
• ◆Sharing account credentials or accessing another user's account.
• ◆Uploading files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• ◆Using the platform in any way that could damage its reputation or disrupt other users.

CrackLab offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro, Power). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and auto-renew at the end of each billing period.

• ◆Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe or equivalent).
• ◆Prices are listed in USD. For Indian users, prices may be shown in INR where applicable.
• ◆Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• ◆You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• ◆Cancelling stops future renewals but does not remove access for the current paid period.
• ◆We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• ◆Failed payments may result in temporary service interruption.

CrackLab allows you to upload PDF documents (such as syllabi) to personalize your learning roadmap. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the content does not violate any third-party rights.

You retain ownership of files you upload. We process them solely to generate your personalized learning content and do not use them for any other purpose. Uploaded files may be temporarily stored and are subject to our Privacy Policy.

The CrackLab platform, brand, design, software, and infrastructure are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

AI-generated content produced on the platform (lessons, roadmaps, quizzes) is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not republish, sell, or distribute this content without our written permission.

Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used to improve the platform without any obligation to compensate you.

Interview preparation content, practice questions, and mock scenarios on CrackLab are educational tools. We make no guarantees regarding job interview outcomes, hiring results, salary outcomes, or career progression. Success in interviews depends on many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrackLab and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim, or INR 500 / $10 USD, whichever is greater.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or are associated with fraud.

You may delete your account at any time from account settings or by emailing support@cracklab.dev. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

In the event of account termination for policy violations, no refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

For international users, we aim to comply with applicable local laws including GDPR (European Union) where relevant. However, Indian law governs in cases of conflict.
