Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with CrackLab. Here's our fair and simple refund policy.

Free Tier

The CrackLab free plan requires no payment. There is nothing to refund for free accounts. Free-tier usage limits are clearly stated before you upgrade.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan (Pro or Power) and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment. No questions asked.

This 7-day window applies to your first payment on each plan only. It is designed to give you enough time to genuinely evaluate the platform after upgrading.

To claim your refund, email support@cracklab.dev from your registered email address within 7 days of your payment date.

Renewal Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). You will receive a renewal reminder email 3 days before the renewal date.

Renewal charges are not eligible for refunds once the new billing period has started. If you do not wish to renew, cancel your subscription before the renewal date from your account settings.

4.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@cracklab.dev. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately.

After cancellation, you retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate or refund the remaining days of a cancelled billing period.

5.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

We are unable to issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after the initial payment.
  • Renewal charges after the new billing period has started.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
  • Repeated subscription-and-refund cycles (more than once per account).
  • Requests citing dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (our AI Disclaimer applies).
  • Annual plans that have been active for more than 30 days.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@cracklab.dev with the following information:

  • Subject line: Refund Request — [your registered email]
  • Your registered email address.
  • The date of payment.
  • Brief reason for the refund (optional but helpful for us).

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5 business days.

7.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement after we process the refund.

For UPI and domestic Indian payment methods, refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days.
